At Undefeated Fitness we specialize in the art of barbell training. This is the most efficient way to train the body and we take the time to teach our clients proper form on all exercises for maximum efficiency, less chance of injury, and no wasted effort.  

What is Barbell Training?

Simply put, barbell exercises make use of the body's most basic movements (squatting, deadlifting, over head pressing) while using all of the body's mass. The more stress you put on it (weight) the more your body adapts to that stress. Done the right way, this is one of the most effective ways to train the human body with little to no risk of injury.
